The Prolift Rigging Company is seeking a Project Coordinator in Memphis, Tennessee. The successful candidate will ensure that Customer Critical Products are efficiently loaded, transported, stored, and shipped to project sites, acting as the main point of contact for clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of logistics experience, strong interpersonal skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Logistics experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including technical writing.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of ensuring Customer Critical Products are efficiently loaded, transported, stored, and shipped.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper approvals for all trucking invoices.
