Job summary

ProLift Rigging is seeking a Project Manager to plan, manage, and finalize projects on strict timelines and budgets. The role requires coordinating personnel and subcontractors, defining objectives, and overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead efforts with the project team, communicate status on schedule and budget, and travel as needed. ProLift emphasizes safety, ingenuity, and teamwork as core values.

Qualifications

• Engineering plans and specs understanding required.
• Basic math and geometry knowledge useful for project calculations.
• Planning and leadership skills to manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management team performance and improvements.
• Participate in site visits, proposals, and contract reviews.
• Coordinate from sales through development to execution.
• Interact with customers, engineers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule.
• Highlight critical path items and mitigate delays.
• Anticipate issues affecting schedule, costs, and safety.
• Communicate project status including schedule and budget regularly.
• Coordinate crews and scheduling of equipment; travel as needed.
• Complete ProLift training and required third-party training.
