Qualifications

• Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Working knowledge of switching and routing concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems.
• Experience with antivirus or endpoint protection solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess IT needs and recommend solutions.
• Support solution scoping and technical design during client engagements.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure refresh and renewal cycles.
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
• Execute infrastructure projects and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain and support servers, networking equipment, and end-user systems.
• Continue developing your expertise through training and certification paths.
