We’re InterWorks, a people‑first technology consultancy, and we’re looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our team in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This is a client‑facing role for someone who combines strong technical expertise with professionalism, curiosity and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

You’ll work directly with organizations to design, implement and maintain the technology that supports their operations. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both the technical details and the human side of IT.

The role is required to be located in the InterWorks headquarters office in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Remote work or telecommuting arrangements outside of this jurisdiction are not permissible.

Salary range: $45,000–$60,000; commensurate with experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Need

Must‑Haves:

What We’d Like You to Have:

• CCNA, VMware or Microsoft certifications
• Server virtualization experience (VMware or Hyper‑V)
• Desktop virtualization (VDI) experience with VMware Horizon or Workspace ONE
• Wi‑Fi networking experience
• Business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) experience
• Microsoft licensing knowledge
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS and/or Azure)
