Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Dell EMC server hardware.
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365 technologies required.
• Experience with antivirus or endpoint protection solutions is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess IT needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Execute infrastructure projects and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain and support servers and networking equipment.

Skills

Knowledge of Dell EMC server hardware

Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365 technologies

Working knowledge of switching and routing concepts

Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems

Experience with antivirus or endpoint protection solutions
