A technology services provider is seeking a Consultant Client Services in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a client-facing position responsible for providing technical expertise and fostering relationships with clients. Qualifications

• More than 5 years of equivalent experience required.
• Experience in Managed Services Sector is a plus.
• Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated on-site support for a client’s network.
• Analyze hardware, software, and network capabilities.
• Consult with systems and users to gather requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting of servers and network systems.
