Job summary

ProActivate is seeking a Client-Facing Senior Project Manager to coordinate pre-sales, proposals, budgeting, and delivery across client sites, with embedded engineers and cross-functional teams. The role blends hybrid/remote work with frequent in-person touchpoints and some travel.

You will partner with BDR/Sales, draft SOWs and forecasts, lead project plans, and maintain client relationships. Base salary ranges from $130k to $140k with a 10% annual bonus; projected first-year earnings of

Qualifications

Must have client-facing project management experience.
Experience coordinating pre-sales, proposals, and delivery.
Ability to align engineering, sales, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to support discovery and clarify customer requirements.
Draft proposals, SOW inputs, pricing, and forecasts with internal alignment.
Attend in-person client meetings with leadership as needed.
Create project plans and templates to bring order to ambiguity.
Maintain regular check-ins with embedded consultants to ensure success.
Serve as internal lead for engineers, tracking engagement and career progression.
