Job summary

Binti is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead high-impact integration projects with government partners. You will own on-site discovery, architecture sessions, and live co-development, while providing ongoing support and consultative guidance to customer technical teams.

You will collaborate across Product, Program Management, and Sales, champion security and HIPAA considerations, and help evolve Binti’s RESTful APIs and integration tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, customer-facing preferred.
• Experience architecting and maintaining distributed systems.
• Proficient with APIs, data pipelines, and data warehouses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest or experience with Gen AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and architecture sessions with customers to design integrations.
• Coordinate co-development sessions with customer teams for live integration work.
• Build trusted relationships with customer technical teams and provide ongoing support.
• Deliver technical integration guidance and debugging assistance for customers.
• Collaborate with Integrations Team to improve APIs, connectors, and tooling.
• Assist other teams with integration capabilities and customer usage feedback.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements for integrations.
