Responsibilities

• Perform trade support activities for hedge fund and private equity clients.
• Ensure accurate and efficient trade booking.
• Review trade confirmations and recaps.
• Facilitate custom reporting requirements and deliver data to clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Resolve daily cash and position breaks.
• Apply client-specific pricing affirmations to value portfolios accurately.
• Communicate and collaborate with hedge fund and private equity professionals to solve complex problems.
• Monitor and process product life-cycle events.
• Work on strategic initiatives and light project work.
• Serve as a primary client relationship contact within six to twelve months.
• Help onboard new clients with guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in cross-team projects.
