Job summary

Carisbrook Partners has partnered with a global hedge fund to establish their Trade Assistant presence in Boston with their first local hire. This is a front office-facing role working directly with Portfolio Managers and Traders.

You will support the Fixed Income and Rates trading desks, ensuring accurate trade capture and execution, and take ownership of the full trade lifecycle while driving efficiency through automation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in a Trade Assistant or front office-facing middle office, trade support or operations role.

Responsibilities

• Support Fixed Income and Rates trading desks across a broad range of products.
• Ensure accurate capture and execution of trades, support risk and P&L representation.
• Own the full trade lifecycle and act as a key contact for internal teams and external counterparties.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency of the Trade Assistant function.

Carisbrook Partners have partnered with a global hedge fund looking to establish their Trade Assistant presence in Bostonwith their first local hire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing hedge fund in a broad, front office-facing role, working directly with Portfolio Managers and Traders.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Fixed Income and Rates trading desks across a broad range of products. Working closely with Portfolio Managers and Traders on a daily basis, you will ensure the accurate capture and execution of trades, support risk and P&L representation, and take ownership of the full trade lifecycle while acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external counterparties. While driving process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Trade Assistant function

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' experience in a Trade Assistant or Front Office facing Middle Office, Trade Support or Operations role gained within a hedge fund, investment bank or fund administrator. You will need to have a strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle, experience supporting a front office trading environment, and excellent product knowledge. You will also need to be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced trading environment.
