Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Forward Deployed Engineer to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for government and public sector clients. You will work closely with client teams to translate business needs into scalable, production-grade AI solutions, while mentoring peers within your pod.

Required: CS/Engineering degree, 4+ years in software/analytics, ServiceNow experience, GenAI/LLM delivery, and security clearance eligibility. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in software/data/analytics engineering.
• 1+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 1+ years building GenAI/LLM-powered solutions.
• Active ServiceNow certifications (SysAdmin, AppDev, CIS-ITSM) preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to translate high-value GenAI use cases into solutions.
• Lead sessions to shape outcomes and align priorities with stakeholders.
• Prototype and deliver AI-enabled solutions and workflows across enterprise platforms.
• Deliver production-quality code with testing, CI/CD, logging and documentation.
• Contribute reusable assets including code, prompt libraries and runbooks.
• Mentor newer team members within an FDE pod.
