Job summary

Akka is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who balances technical skills with client-facing capabilities. In this interactive role, you will lead technical workshops, provide mentorship, and ensure customer applications are production-ready.

Qualifications

• Deep proficiency in constructing systems using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
• Strong background in building enterprise-grade policy ladders.
• Native-level English verbal and written fluency for technical presentations.
• Proven track record of rapid learning and adaptability.
• Experience in technical enablement, mentoring, or consulting.
• Solid experience in distributed architecture and functional programming.
• Strong understanding of Java or other JVM-based languages.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and application deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging technical workshops to customer teams.
• Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance.
• Guide customers in architecting logic systems using multi-agent interactions.
