Job summary

Turtle Transit is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the production of marketing campaigns and initiatives from client discussions through deployment. The role focuses on managing projects to meet client needs and cover project details, while serving as a relationship manager to deliver exceptional service and raise awareness of completed work.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from start to finish, working with production team to relay information, manage quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with decision makers and project builders to define business deliverables.
• Prepare and monitor project plans, determine time frame, funding requirements and scheduling.
• Negotiate resources, pricing proposals, scope of work and back schedules.
• Provide guidance, direction and expectations to fabrication team on assigned projects.
• Act as a relationship manager for Turtle Transit to clients.
• Maintain regular reports on project status, traffic and weekly project calendar meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
