Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking an Energy Markets & Sustainability Analyst to advise on energy market direction and procurement strategies. You will manage client relationships, perform market research, and model opportunities for large commercial and municipal energy users.

The role requires hands-on analytics, knowledge of US energy markets, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients. Office-based with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Math, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of energy market experience in an energy-procurement, supplier or consulting context.
• Financial or economic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise North American clients on energy market direction, product structuring and timing.
• Manage client relationships through account management and reporting.
• Explain regional power pricing structures across North American RTOs.
• Support projects with market research, modeling and writing.
• Guide clients on optimal energy procurement and contract terms.
• Analyze energy regulation, policy impacts, and tariff modeling.
