PMY Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Client Facing Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and report on KPIs across performance, commercial, and operational systems. You will partner with clients and internal teams to define metrics and deliver data-driven recommendations.

The role emphasizes hands-on data preparation, quality checks, and storytelling with visuals. You will leverage cloud analytics platforms and AI-enabled tooling to enhance data quality

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a data analyst, BI, or analytics-focused role with a strong track record in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with relational and analytical databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Comfort working end-to-end with data, from validation to translating outputs into business insights.
• Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and AI-enabled analytics.
• Strong communication to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Analysis: collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources; perform data quality checks.
• Dashboard and Reporting Development: design, develop, and maintain dashboards; present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Client Engagement and KPI Development: help clients define goals and KPIs; build trusted relationships.
• Analytics Ownership and Insight: own analytics outputs end-to-end; ensure accuracy and adoption of analytics products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams across time zones to support project goals.
• Strategy and Process Improvement: contribute to data-driven strategies and project improvements.
• Additional Responsibilities: perform duties to support evolving business needs.
