Job summary

Plat.AI is seeking a Front-Facing Data Analyst in the United States (California) to bridge our data science team and external stakeholders. You will translate complex analyses into actionable business insights and present results to clients, partners, and executives.

You will build dashboards with Tableau/Power BI/Looker, conduct A/B tests, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with underwriting, marketing, risk, and engineering to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative field.
• 2–5+ years in data analytics, preferably fintech or lending.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with Python or R.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Present performance reports, dashboards, and model insights to clients, partners, and executives.
• Translate statistical results into clear business recommendations.
• Analayze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion, fraud indicators, and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, risk, and engineering teams.
