Job summary

Little's Land Studio in Tysons, VA seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee a retail-focused program from concept to construction. You will be the primary client contact, manage multiple projects, and lead a team of engineers, landscape architects, and architects to deliver exceptional work.

You will own the client relationship, manage ongoing work, and have autonomy with support for growth. Ideal candidates bring PE licensure, Civil Engineering degree, and 6+ years of experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license.
• 6+ years of experience producing construction documents for land development or site projects.
• Experience managing projects and client relationships; ability to guide work of engineers or designers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and own the relationship day to day.
• Manage the program of projects from concept through construction documents, permitting, and construction administration.
• Lead and mentor engineers and designers to raise work quality.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, architects, and engineers across disciplines.
• Own the project journey from concept through construction administration.
