Job summary

Little is looking for a Civil Engineering Project Manager with a positive, collaborative work style to join our Land Studio in the Tysons, VA office, in the Washington, DC metro. You'll be the primary point of contact for the client, manage the program of projects from concept through construction, and have a direct hand in growing the account.

You’ll lead and work alongside a team of engineers, landscape architects, and architects to produce and execute exceptional work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license required.
• 6+ years of experience producing construction documents or managing land development projects.
• Experience managing projects, client relationships, and guiding engineers or designers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and manage the program from concept through construction.
• Lead and mentor engineers and designers to raise work quality.
• Oversee project execution, budgets, schedules, and permitting across jurisdictions.
• Grow the account by delivering strong work and pursuing new opportunities.
