Job summary

Little is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to join the Land Studio in Tysons, VA. You will manage the client relationship and a program from concept through construction, leading a team of engineers, landscape architects, and architects to deliver exceptional work.

You will own the account, oversee a diverse body of work, and have autonomy with support for growth into leadership roles. This role offers exposure to national clients and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree and a PE license.
• 6+ years of experience producing construction documents for land development.
• Experience managing projects and client relationships.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD.
• Experience with corporate retail or multi-site program work is a plus.
• Familiarity with DC-area and mid-Atlantic jurisdictions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and own the relationship.
• Manage a program from concept through construction documents and permitting.
• Prepare site visits, due diligence reports, drawings, and calculations.
• Lead permitting across jurisdictions and keep projects moving.
• Track budget, schedule, and quality; inform the client at each step.
• Grow the account by delivering strong work and identifying next opportunities.
• Lead and mentor engineers and designers to raise work quality.
