Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve customer relationships.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products through in-person and phone interactions.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners to strengthen relationships.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and tailor solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Help customers achieve personal financial goals and introduce digital/mobile banking options.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, cash handling rules and local regulations.
