Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support service delivery and improvements for a portfolio of premier commercial properties. The role involves field work, client communication, and coordinating operations to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in horticulture, turfgrass or related major.
• 1–3 years of experience with a professional landscape management firm.
• Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices is a plus.
• Strong client service focus and superb communication skills.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan & schedule field operations to exceed client expectations.
• Drive enhancement sales on existing properties.
• Proactively communicate with clients.
• Perform field work to maintain properties and deliver excellent service.
• Full-scope management of a commercial property portfolio—field work, client-facing and admin duties.
• Foster a safety-first work environment.
• Develop and train service personnel to provide exceptional service.
