Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary connection between the company and existing and prospective clients, listening, consulting and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years previous sales experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to drive to multiple work sites and conduct landscape tours.
• Prior landscape operations management experience required.
• Strong client-service orientation and superb written/verbal communication.
• Horticultural knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and maintenance staff to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals for lawn and snow.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clientele.
• Produce professional proposals and communications for clientele and internal use.
• Review project specifications and contract documentation.
• Proactively anticipate problems and suggest solutions to avoid complaints.
