Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support service delivery and drive enhancements for a portfolio of premier commercial properties. You will engage with clients, schedule field operations, and contribute to exceptional service while upholding safety as a core value.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major strongly preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm.
• Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance a plus.
• Passion for client service.
• Superb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field operations to exceed client expectations.
• Enhancement sales on existing properties.
• Proactively communicating with clients.
• Field work to maintain properties and provide excellent service.
• Full-scope management of a commercial property portfolio - field work, client-facing and admin responsibilities.

• Employee development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service.
