Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce) and AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). You’ll work directly with clients and teams to translate business needs into production-grade AI solutions.

You will lead architecture, integration, and governance while ensuring measurable business value. Travel 25%–75% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integration and distributed systems.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar foundations.
• Workflow orchestration and agent frameworks.
• 5+ years translating high-level business needs into concrete technical designs and implementations in large enterprise environments.
• 5+ years enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms).
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing communication and collaboration, including leading technical discussions under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions from evolving requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms).
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations into production environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are sound and valuable.
• Drive solution architecture: prompt and workflow design, API integrations, enterprise knowledge integration, security and governance.
• Own solutions from concept to production and iteration with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for secure, scalable AI deployment.
