Job summary

Pantera Capital is seeking an Applied AI Architect to help customers turn Perplexity Computer into working solutions that deliver measurable impact. This hands-on, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of solutions architecture, technical consulting, and program delivery.

You will engage across presales, onboarding, adoption, and strategic engagements, leading discovery, solution design, and end-to-end delivery with close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture or technical consulting.
• Proven consultative discovery skills turning ambiguous requests into clear problems and delivery plans.
• Hands-on fluency with APIs, integrations, authentication, identity, permissions, connectors, and data flows.
• Experience delivering complex implementations with managed scope and milestones.
• Strong solution judgment across education, configuration, implementation, and product.
• Commercial and consumption awareness connecting design to value, usage, and expansion.
• Executive-credible communication with senior decision-makers.
• High agency in ambiguity and ability to establish direction quickly.
• AI-native working style using frontier models and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with stakeholders to define users, workflow, outcomes.
• Design credible solutions mapping people, data, tools, and permissions.
• Support complex opportunities with technical deal strategy and security coordination.
• Drive value-backed consumption with defined outcomes and usage patterns.
• Build hands-on by configuring, prototyping, testing, iterating on Computer skills.
• Accelerate onboarding and provide second-level technical consultation.
• Run strategic engagements with scope, milestones, success criteria, and closure.
• Improve technical escalation with evidence-based product and engineering requests.
• Turn engagements into reusable assets and product feedback.
