Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Supply Chain & Engineering advisor to partner with leaders in reinventing the enterprise. You will deliver actionable insights, optimize processes, and guide teams through complex transformations across industries.

You will travel 10–75% as needed, work with AI-enabled platforms, and contribute to business development and thought leadership. A consulting background and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on relevant Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm or 7 years of internal consulting experience or equivalent role in non-consulting companies.
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business leaders to deliver actionable supply chain insights for top organizations.
• Help address priority enterprise-wide issues with strategies that can be executed with speed and at scale.
• Spot, define, and solve Supply Chain problems using operating model architecture – people, process, and technology.
• Perform Business analytics – network optimization, business case modeling.
• Optimize Supply Chain processes – planning/scheduling, routing optimization, capital projects.
• Provide clients insights that improve operations, speed, and efficiency.
• Challenge legacy ways of working to fuel client growth.
• Leverage tech to find new ways to make client organizations more effective.
• Manage small to medium-sized teams with diverse backgrounds and skills.
• Mentor and coach others, collaborate with internal and external parties.
• Support client sales origination and external thought leadership.
• Drive positive community impact through volunteerism.
