FinanceWithin, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead month-end close and serve as a financial consultant to our startup and high-growth clients.

You will assemble monthly financial packets, present statements, and leverage QBO/Xero and advanced Excel to deliver actionable insights.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in full-cycle accounting, multi-client consulting experience, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• 2+ years in multi-client or consulting roles.
• Advanced skills in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, PayPal, Bill.com).
• Strong accounting principles and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and distribute financial statements and audits.
• Project cash flow and communicate cash position to clients.
• Create financial packages with correct margin recognition and reconcile transactions.
• Manage inventory reconciliation and adjustments.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other payment accounts.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and understand amortization.
• Manage AR/AP and AR aging reports.
• Run payroll for clients.
• Support management and client accounting needs.
• Provide general ledger accountability and financial reporting.
