Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) seeks an Elevate Accounting Advisor to partner with automotive repair clients, assess financial processes, and implement best practices that improve reporting and cash flow.

You will travel up to 75% nationwide, lead client engagements, develop future-state processes, and drive adoption of CCC solutions while delivering measurable business outcomes for shop owners and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, finance, business advisory, consulting, or operational improvement.
• Strong understanding of chart of accounts, accounting system workflows, financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting systems preferred.
• Automotive, collision repair, insurance, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to conduct accounting, financial, and operational process reviews.
• Analyze key financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Develop and document optimized future-state accounting and operational processes.
• Monitor client progress through regular analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Lead client engagements and deliver training on new procedures and tools.
