Responsibilities

• Set up proactive consulting/education calls with customers.
• Develop standardized responses for regular financial inquiries.
• Review all newly onboarded accounts.
• First pass review/response for client questions in Zendesk and route items as needed.
• Adjudicate escalations from Customer Success Representatives.
• Focus on clear verbal and written communication with customers.
• Gather pertinent customer insights and report findings to leadership.
