Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Client Experience Ambassador 2 in Lancaster, PA, to proactively support clients, partners, and staff. The role emphasizes exceptional service, confidentiality, and seamless referrals using EHR systems.

You will work in a collaborative team, with flexible scheduling within a 7:00 AM–7:00 PM window, Monday–Friday. The position offers full-time hours, competitive starting wage, and opportunities for growth, training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of healthcare office experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple duties daily.
• Wamiliar with EHR systems and confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Protect clients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Enter new referrals into services and EHR, complete initial paperwork.
• Manage client day-of-service administrative tasks from initial contact to service completion.
• Coordinate client authorizations to prevent service disruption and denials.
• Prepare for upcoming appointments to ensure excellent day-of-service experiences.
• Collaborate with internal programs for consistent client experience.
• Identify and resolve claim payment issues with clients, payers, and partners.
