Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication with clients, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance and ensuring information and documentation are current.
• Identify and assist with Firm services and solutions that support clients’ needs including banking products and secure digital offerings like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests; onboard and maintain client accounts and process money movement transactions as needed.
• Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials and planning client events and seminars.
• Coordinate client meetings, travel arrangements and expense reports; attend trainings and participate in firm initiatives.
