Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Service Associate to help modernize the client experience and deliver an elevated standard of care. The role supports development and growth of the business by engaging clients and leveraging the firm's capabilities.

You will work with Financial Advisors, onboard and maintain client accounts, process requests, and help with marketing efforts while staying aligned with firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain required securities licenses (e.g., Series 7, 66, 63, 65).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through proactive communication and timely responses.
• Identify Firm services and digital offerings that meet client needs.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, including documentation and money movements.
• Assist with client account alerts and inquiries; ensure accuracy of information.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop business plans and client service models.
• Support marketing efforts by maintaining materials and coordinating client events.
