Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Client Services Specialist (CSS) to serve as the primary contact for small group employer clients and brokers. You will own inquiries through resolution and help build positive relationships.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, multitasking across technology platforms, and learning about group insurance. Overtime may be required, with flexible shifts 8AM EST–11:30AM EST.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-focused mindset with empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Research inbound requests to establish positive client relationships.
• Conduct outbound follow up and engage internal departments to resolve complex service requests.
• Build strong working relationships to address client needs.
• Handle initial inbound calls with potential to transition to email and web chat.
