Northwest Financial Corp. is seeking a motivated individual to support client meetings, perform administrative tasks, and deliver exceptional service through strong verbal and written communication.

The role acts as a backup for other positions and supports ongoing education while ensuring compliance with laws and security standards. The candidate will respond to audits and reviews, uphold community relations, and gain knowledge of the bank's products through hands-on usage and WebEx sessions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three years of previous experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares for client meetings.
• Performs administrative duties.
• Delivers an exceptional client experience through verbal and written communication.
• Serves as a backup for other position(s) and performs other duties, as assigned.
• Enhances career through work experience and continuing education.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Participates and responds to examinations, audits and third party reviews.
• Complies with the Information Security Program and is accountable for maintaining a high level of risk and security awareness.
• Establishes a good image for the Bank by being active and visible in the community.
• Attends meetings as assigned.
• Develops a working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services through usage and webex attendance to provide quality customer service while building relationships and exceeding expectations.
