Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a bank environment.
• Strong ability to understand risk and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the financial institution.
• Communicate regularly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on bank policies, financial trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other bank staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client-based inquiries and concerns (including reconciliation of statements, card re-pins, card lock outs, balance inquiries, errors).
• Perform clerical duties.
• Order products and set up services for clients.
• Assist managers and/or Relationship Manager in operational duties, including external meetings at client’s office.
• Attend external events and expos.
• Complete other related tasks and projects as directed by management.
