Job summary

L&H CPAs and Advisors is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Dallas. You will greet clients and staff, perform data entry, and help process tax organizers, forms, and client communications. This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package.

The position requires strong organization, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable multitasking in a busy office and able to adapt to new software and processes.

Qualifications

• Administrative support experience, accounting experience a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able to learn new software and processes quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, staff and visitors professionally.
• Data entry in various software programs.
• Process tax organizers & forms, tax returns, and client communications.
• Create and maintain client files.
• Manage and order office supplies.
• Answer, screen, and disburse incoming calls.
• Handle mail and prepare packages for delivery.
• Perform other general office duties as needed.
