Job summary

TACORI is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to be the heartbeat of the client experience. You will respond to inquiries, quote requests, and order processing across channels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

You will collaborate with sales, design, and operations to deliver a seamless buying journey, maintain accurate records, and grow product knowledge as TACORI collections expand. This role reports to the Customer Excellence Manager and is based at the TACORI Office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience in sales and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
• Vast knowledge of product line to service customers' requests.
• Experience in developing and maintaining business relationships.
• Proficiency in Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
• Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to order requests promptly and accurately across all channels (email, phone, internal systems).
• Verify order details: specification, pricing, shipping, and customer information.
• Optimize systems to generate quotes and process orders efficiently.
• Communicate order status and modifications to customers.
• Maintain organized records for quick quote responses.
• Collaborate with sales/design/operations/logistics to resolve issues before they reach the client.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines, discount structures, and approval processes for quotes and orders.
• Know TACORI products with ongoing education as collections grow.
• Meet or exceed targets for quote and order accuracy and efficiency.
