Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Service Associate in Columbia, SC to help modernize the client experience and support business growth. The role requires understanding firm policies and capabilities to deliver the full Morgan Stanley value to clients.

You will work with Financial Advisors, manage client requests, and assist with onboarding and documentation while maintaining a high standard of client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, 66, 63 and 65 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and processing requests.
• Identify and assist with Morgan Stanley services and digital offerings for clients.
• Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting information and executing transactions.
• Review and act on client account alerts.
• Partner with Financial Advisors to develop business plans and client service models.
• Support marketing by maintaining materials and planning client events.
• Attend training on firm priorities and policies; participate in field service calls.
• Perform administrative duties such as calendar maintenance, travel arrangements and expense reports.
