Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or social media management.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and clients in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and scheduling needs in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
• Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to promote services, events, and educational content.
• Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
