Job summary

IV Nutrition Scottsdale is seeking a motivated Client Experience & Social Media Manager to be the face and voice of our clinic, both in person and online. You will welcome clients, answer questions about our IV hydration and vitamin therapy services, and help shape how our brand shows up in the community.

In this role you will schedule appointments, manage intake forms, monitor reviews, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience; experience managing social media for a business or brand is strongly preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with a good eye for photo and video content.
• Ability to build rapport and put clients at ease.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools; proficiency in Microsoft and Google Docs.
• A passion for health and wellness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and answer questions about our IV hydration and vitamin therapy services.
• Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate information is collected.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-ups, reminders, and a warm, memorable in-clinic experience.
• Monitor reviews and client feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment and uphold company policies and procedures.
