Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales or related roles.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including a confident phone presence.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling/virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound calls, converting inquiries into booked sessions and addressing questions.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and preparation for sessions.
• Conduct high-impact virtual Image Reveal sessions guiding product selection and investment decisions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals using consultative selling and product knowledge.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text with professionalism and warmth.
• Maintain organized client records and manage your pipeline in the CRM.
