The Client Service Representative is one of the most important positions in our emergency/specialty practice. As a front‑line team member, you greet each client, set the stage for a positive experience, check clients in and out of the hospital, book appointments, take payments, and field busy phone lines. This role requires experience in a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment; veterinary experience is preferred but we will happily train and invest in the right candidate.
We are a multispecialty practice with board‑certified specialists in cardiology and surgery.
