Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization, decision making, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CBOT futures and basis trading recommended.
• Experience in agribusiness or related industry preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce & Tableau preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a dedicated portfolio of Food Solutions accounts, fostering strong relationships.
• Proactively manage the customer experience, resolving complaints and issues using CRM data.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Oversee complete order lifecycle, ensuring accurate entry and on-time delivery; manage changes based on inventory and delivery windows.
• Coordinate shipment and order modifications to support portfolio demands and customer fill rate requirements.
• Assist the Customer Experience Supervisor with escalations and resolutions for complex challenges.
