You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure exceptional client experiences while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-growing, service-first law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and strategic partners through outreach, networking, and follow-up.
• Coordinate client and referral partner appreciation initiatives, gifting, reviews, and other relationship-building efforts.
• Champion and elevate the client experience across the journey from initial hello to follow-up communications.
• Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, webinars, networking events, sponsorships, and community events.
• Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content (short-form videos, Reels, attorney interviews).
• Assist with marketing campaigns and content across social media, email, digital, print, the website, and other channels.
• Help maintain the firm’s brand standards across client experiences and materials.
• Research referral opportunities, community partnerships, market trends, AI tools, and growth opportunities.
• Support the Director of Marketing and assist with other marketing, communications, and business development initiatives.
