Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client questions and follow-up
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to keep client work and meetings organized
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM activity
• Track projects and service requests using Excel and internal systems
• Support implementation of new products, services and process improvements
• Ensure client data and workflows follow compliance expectations
