Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Experience providing financial planning and investment advisory services.
  • Experience managing client relationships and conducting in-person client meetings.
  • Experience developing and presenting financial plans.
  • Experience with portfolio management and investment recommendations.
  • Experience working within a regulated financial services or registered investment advisor environment.
  • CFP®, CFA®, or other relevant advanced designations are beneficial.
  • Licenses such as Series 7, Series 66, and applicable state insurance licenses are preferred/required based on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with individual and business clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive and customized financial and investment strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial plans and recommendations to clients.
  • Provide ongoing financial guidance based on clients' changing needs and objectives.
  • Manage and regularly review client investment portfolios.
  • Monitor market conditions, investment performance, and client risk profiles.
  • Make investment recommendations consistent with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
  • Evaluate and adjust strategies as appropriate based on market conditions and client circumstances.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct regular in-person client meetings and financial reviews.
  • Clearly communicate financial concepts, investment strategies, and recommendations.
  • Address client questions and provide responsive, professional service.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, recommendations, and financial plans.

Education/Experience
