Nurse Galinas Caregiving of NJ is seeking a Client Experience Specialist (Team Leader) in New Jersey. You will be the ambassador of our distinguished services, the first contact for new clients and caregivers, and you will work with a nurse, a service planner and a client happiness manager to ensure flawless client experiences.

This role requires a current CHHA license, reliable transportation, and willingness to lead, coach, and coordinate care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CHHA license in good standing.
• Reliable personal transportation (must drive yourself to and from work).
• Commitment to working every other weekend and every other holiday.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for delivering luxury‑level, personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and coaching of new caregivers.
• Be the ambassador for our Distinguished Living services and coordinate with the nurse, service planner and client happiness manager.
• Lead first in-home visits with clients and families to ensure confidence and trust.
• Provide hands‑on care as needed and act as after-hours on‑call coordinator on a rotating basis.
