Job summary

Nurse Galinas Caregiving of NJ is seeking a Client Experience Specialist (Team Leader) in New Jersey. The role leads caregiver onboarding, maintains high client satisfaction, and coordinates care with a nurse, a service planner, and a client happiness manager.

Compensation is $22 to $27 per hour with guaranteed 40 hours per week plus benefits. The ideal candidate is a certified Home Health Aide in good standing with NJ, willing to lead by example, and ready to grow into leadership while

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor caregivers, onboarding and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new caregivers and ensure culture alignment (iCARE).
• Coordinate caregiver matching to clients based on lifestyle and skills.
• Lead first in-home visits to establish trust with clients and families.
• Provide hands-on care as needed and serve as after-hours on-call coordinator.
