Job summary

You will guide them through the intake process, using established scripts, and schedule consultations while ensuring accurate information and a courteous, professional experience.

You will own the intake system, measure results, and identify opportunities to improve communication, follow-up campaigns, and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate lead information in intake systems.
• Drive an outstanding, professional client experience.
• Monitor lead activity and identify opportunities to improve response times.
• Evaluate intake scripts and follow-up campaigns for effectiveness.
• Track key metrics like lead conversion and follow-up performance.
• Recommend improvements to make the intake process more efficient.
• Collaborate with attorneys and management to enhance client acquisition.
