Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Client Experience Manager to join the Marketing Events team and drive client engagement programs. You will plan conferences, executive engagements, and events that strengthen relationships and support growth, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and account teams.

The role emphasizes audience strategy, experience design, lead capture, and post-event follow-up to connect engagements to long‑term client relationships. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in event marketing, client engagement, customer experience, field marketing, hospitality, or related discipline, including independently managing conferences, client events, or executive engagements.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and budgets, and build relationships with executives, clients, and vendors.
• Experience in managing vendors, contracts, venues, sponsorships, and logistics; ability to connect event activity to business outcomes.
• Some experience considering client engagement across multiple touchpoints or relationship stages is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Event and Engagement Management: coordinate conferences, client events, executive meetings, hospitality programs, and webinars.
• Define audience, objectives, and outcomes with stakeholders for each program.
• Balance workloads and maintain consistent quality with Client Experience teammates.
• Design client experiences before, during, and after events, making engagements more relevant.
• Gather client and internal feedback to identify improvements and ideas.
• Align engagement plans with account goals and relationship-building priorities.
